90 Percent Arrangement Work Under Toll and Non-Toll Flyovers Completed

Process of arrangement work in 8 locations under toll and non-toll roads in Kembangan, West Jakarta has reached 90 percent.

This work also involves urban village, residents, college teachers and students

In this arrangement, those locations will be decorated with mural, park and decorative lighting. This work is targeted to finish by the end of November 2019.

Bina Marga Applies Five Concepts to Sidewalk Arrangement

Kembangan Sub-district Head, Joko Mulyono stated, arrangement work has been started since July 2019 to improve 8 areas under toll and non-toll roads (flyover). One of them is located on Jalan Meruya Utara (Meruya Utara Urban Village), two spots on Jalan Meruya Selatan (Meruya Selatan Urban Village), two spots in Meruya Utara and Kembangan Selatan Urban Villages, one spot on Jalan Raya Kembangan (Kembangan Selatan Urban Village),one spot under Kembang Kerep Flyover (Meruya Utara Urban Village) and one spot under JORR W 2 Toll Road (Joglo Urban Village).

"Until this day, its progress reaches 90 percent. Later we also need to arrange the plants and lighting," he stated, Wednesday (10/23).

His side uses Betawi-themed mural to decorate those locations. Such as painting Ondel-Ondel, crowntail betta (cupang serit), and dendrobium orchid that represents West Jakarta.

"This work also involves urban village, residents, college teachers and students," he mentioned.
